If you would like to check your auto-renewal status, or renew manually, please follow these instructions:

1. Log in to your membership profile using the "Log In" link on the top right-hand corner of this page, or by clicking here.
2. From your profile page, you will be able to check whether auto-renewal is:
   1. Enabled:

      

   2. Disabled: 

      

If auto-renewals are enabled on your profile, you can let the automated process take place automatically on January 1st.  If you would like to renew ahead of time, you may click the "Stop recurring payments" button to disable auto-renewals and follow the manual renewal process.

Note that you must stop recurring payments in order to change membership levels (for example, changing from individual to family membership) for the 2023 year.

Manual Renewal Process:

1. Click on the "Renew to 1 Jan 2024" button.
2. Confirm that your membership information is correct.  Once complete, click the "Update and next" button.
3. Review and confirm your payment information.  If you choose "Invoice me", an invoice will be sent to your email address on file.  Please send a cheque to the club at your earliest convenience.  If you choose "Pay online", you will be prompted for payment card information.
